There are things in life that we desire right here and right now, but God has not given it to you because it's not time or it may not be for you in this season. We spend so much of our time fighting for what we think we want/need (i.e me fighting to be out of the bed) that we don' t take the time to really be still and wait on God's voice to tell us when to move. It is only when we are still, that we can truly be in God's presence and hear or see what He has for us.
Today marks exactly one month since I launched Be Spiritually Bold! I am so excited for what I have been able to do since launching and I am even more excited for what is to come.

Today’s topic is one we know oh so well—Getting Out of Your Own Way. I am guilty of this as many of us are. We allow fear to take over our mind and we fail to reach our fullest potential that God intended for us. I have many talents that I have been sitting on and it wasn’t until recently where I decided I really need to get out of my own way and make some moves.
Today is the first edition of Wild Card Wednesdays, which are designated for sharing anything from motivation, something I did the previous week, something going on in my life, or anything that is on my heart to share. I wanted to take some time to explain why I decided to make the change to Be Spiritually Bold in today’s post to help you get a better understanding of where I am coming from.
As we know, today is the last day of 2017 and time and time again we have been guilty of saying “New Year, New Me” or “This is my Year,” but after a week or two, we go back to the same old me in a new year. Too many times we set goals for our lives, but we aren’t willing to put in the work to truly achieve them.
